DROWNING IS SILENT is an audiovisual project initiated by artist Xaver Heinz Franz Scheuer (aka Woody Woodstock) and director Alexander Knauer – in collaboration with a team of 70 creative minds from around the world and together with #LeaveNoOneBehind.
DROWNING IS SILENT aims to achieve media, pop-cultural and monetary success for the benefit of civil sea rescue and to steer the political discourse back towards human dignity. This project has been created exclusively through public funding and private donations as well as the voluntary dedication of all those involved.
