Is my donation deductible and can I get a donation receipt?

Civilfleet-support e.V., the association behind projects like #LeaveNoOneBehind, the Kabul Luftbrücke or #LNOB Ukraine, is a non-profit and charitable organization. Therefore, your donation is deductible and you can of course get a donation receipt.

How do I get a donation receipt?

If you have donated via the donation form: In the donation form you can choose whether we should send you a donation receipt. If you answered yes to this option, you will automatically receive the donation receipt by email in the spring of the following year. If you need the donation receipt more urgently, feel free to email us at

If you donated by SEPA transfer: Please keep in mind that if you donate by bank transfer, we do not have your contact information at first and therefore you will not receive any further notification or money receipt. However, you are very welcome to email your contact information to and also let us know if you need a donation receipt.

I want to start my own fundraising campaign, what do I have to do?

You can create your own fundraising campaign for our various projects and collect donations.

We have a larger fundraiser coming up. Can we use your logo and publicly mention that we are raising funds for you?

Sure, we’d love for you to organize your own fundraiser! Please note that you can only use our logo for non-commercial purposes. Feel free to write us at with any questions.

How are civilfleet-support e.V., #LeaveNoOneBehind, Kabul Airlift, #LNOB Ukraine and all this connected?

The civilfleet-support e.V. sees itself as a platform for projects that support people at the European borders and beyond who would otherwise fall by the wayside. We support different initiatives with our expertise, infrastructure and where necessary also financially.

The basis for all projects is the LeaveNoOneBehind support structure, which for example ensures the administration of various projects, provides IT infrastructure, and supports in fundraising or external communication. Since various projects share server infrastructure or staff positions, for example, donations are used particularly effectively here.

The Kabul Luftbrücke has been part of the association family since August 2021, and the Ukraine InfoHub was added in February 2022. Other own projects of the association are the Safe Passage Foundation and the Civil Marine Rescue Coordination Center.

How can I cancel my permanent donation or change the amount?

I have a new account. How can I make sure my permanent donation is deducted from my new account in the future?

Write to and send us your new IBAN, then we will create a new SEPA mandate for you. All you have to do is sign and send it back and we can change the standing order to your new account in the system.
